Ashwin Bhatia, India (BE-IIT, MBA-NMIMS, Mentor-CIIE – IIM(A)) is founder and partner of Gurukul Trainers. He is a AIMA certified management teacher associated with several Institutes as faculty/trainer/advisor.
Marc Avanzo, France (MBA – INSEAD, Masters Telecommunications, Eng. & Electrical Science) is coach and facilitator for personal transformation at McKinsey and consultant at Kessels & Smit. He is founding member of the ICF (International Coach Foundation), New Delhi.
Lisa Dewulf, Belgium (master Industrial & Organisational Psychology) is trainer at Kessels & Smit on skill development, cross-cultural management & leadership.
Usha is an MBA in information systems.As a highly gifted and certified life skills coach, she conducts training for change management, talent identification, building high performing teams and stress management, along with specially customised workshops for women focused issues such as confidence building and enhancing performance.
Usha is also a Reiki Master with expertise in many alternative healing therapies. An ultra marathon runner and ultra cyclist, Usha is associated with a number of social causes such as women empowerment, breast cancer awareness and is also charity rider for Aarohi.
Luk Dewulf is a pedagogue, advisor at Kessel and Smit, the Learning Company and author of “Go with your talent”. Luk’s work focuses on various ways to generate strengths and encourage development in the coaching of individuals and organisations. In recent years, he has gained an indepth knowledge of appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and talent development.
His last book on burn out “Help! Mijn batterijen lopen leeg “ (“Help! my battery is running empty”) has been elected best psychology book in Belgium. He is also collaboating with the Government in Belgium to incorporate the Talent philosophy in the official national curriculum. During the last year, Luk has inspired the Belgian population during his theatertour towards the country. As opinion maker, he is frequently asked in the Belgian and Dutch media.
